Our Service:
We provided a comprehensive structural engineering design service for the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new block comprising eight self-contained flats.

The project involved several complex engineering challenges, including the underpinning of a neighbouring boundary wall to protect adjacent structures.

We prepared detailed party wall drawings to support the Party Wall Agreement process and designed a structural steel frame to suit the building layout.

Additionally, we developed a bespoke eccentric foundation design to ensure that the neighbouring foundations were not undermined during construction. Our technical expertise ensured the structural integrity of the new development while carefully managing the impact on surrounding properties.
